This is a service for those in the East Midlands. It's best if you look for these types of services in your community.
The Chopped Liver you sent me is two weeks out of date!
Our items are frozen fresh with good time on the sell by date. While you would usually buy an item fresh from the store, we freeze ours there by preserving the sell by date.
I can't find the product I want!
We recommend you go through all the sections as you might find the item in an unexpected section. If you still need help press the chat icon in the bottom right corner to ask for assistance and we will try our best to respond in a timely fashion.
You don't stock the product I want.

I didn't receive a product I ordered in my order.
We try our best to provide all that you have requested in your order. However if we are out of stock of anything we will remove it from your order and not charge you for it. If you are willing to schedule your order a week in advance we will try our best under the Covid conditions to source the item for you.
How do I pay?
We request that you do not pay until we have fulfilled your order in the case that any of your items are out of stock. Once you have received your invoice you can pay via
